Water damage in Weldon Spring home

A broken pipe will cause problems in your home. This Weldon Spring homeowner learned that recently. Even though it is hard to see in this before photos, the carpet is completely soaked. We did begin extraction to get as much water out as possible, but the homeowner decided they wanted to put in new floors. We then removed the damaged carpets and placed our drying equipment to ensure the affected area was completely dry. The fans and dehumidifiers sped up the evaporation process to aid in the drying. We monitored the equipment for a few days and once the moisture readings were in good standing we removed all equipment.
