Roof damage causes water leaks into home

This St. Charles County home owner called SERVPRO of St. Charles City when they noticed the wet spots on their ceiling all throughout their home. The water began to drip and left puddles of water all over their home.  They did not know what to do to stop the water.  We were able to arrive incredibly fast and began helping them get their home dry.  We placed a tarp over their roof to ease the dripping until the roofers could come and repair the problem. We extracted the water and began to get the proper amount of drying equipment set up to dry the home out properly.
