Responding in the middle of the night and getting it done

Commercial properties are often bigger and do not have overnight staff. Luckily this dealership has a security guard who was able to call us in when there was standing water in the auto shop. After turning off the water he called us to perform water mitigation services. We responded right away. The longer water stays in the building the more damage it will do in the end as it saturates. We were able to extract all the standing water quickly and set out the drying equipment to get the area dried. The drying equipment creates an air flow pattern within the building to promote quick drying.
