How long does the water damage restoration process take?

Every water damage job can take a different amount of time from start to finish. However it is important to make sure all guidelines from the IICRC are followed from start to finish. SERVPRO of St. Charles City is sure to follow all steps from start to finish. In most cases the first step after assessing the loss, is to make sure all of the water is properly removed. Once the water is removed, SERVPRO can begin placing drying equipment throughout the property. Each day a member of SERVPRO’s team will monitor and track the drying process from start to finish. We will update you daily on the progress until the structure is completely dry. Once completed, SERVPRO will remove all equipment and help with any repairs that you might need.
